ABOUT US

The Norwin School District is committed to sustaining a quality educational system while providing a positive, learner-centered environment that supports the growth of all students. Comprised of the municipalities of North Huntingdon Township, Irwin Borough, and North Irwin Borough the District consists of seven schools, serving approximately 5,000 students. The district's reputation for its educational programs and services, career and technical education opportunities, hard-working students, talented and gifted teachers, caring and involved parents/guardians, and a community that values education. Through the continued commitment and dedication of the school PTAs, families, and the greater Norwin community, the district strives to enhance its educational programs and services for all students in a collaborative, energetic, and positive environment.
